Hydrodesulfurisation/hydrotreating catalysts
represent most of the off-site
regeneration market, and today, almost 100% of these catalysts
are regenerated off-site in Europe. The Eurecat Rotolouvre system
is very well adapted for the regeneration of these catalysts, since
it allows a very smooth and homogeneous treatment. |

Off-site sulfiding can be carried out with
the proven
SULFICAT process (off-site presulfiding) or the new TOTSUCAT
process (off site activation). The TOTSUCAT
process is ideally suited for all units requiring a quick start
up, or for units where sulfur leaching is undesirable (pretreatment
of naphtha reforming feed for example). |

Spent catalyst can be destroyed in an environmentally
sound manner, by recycling
the valuable metals. |
