Eurecat services & products, regeneration
Off-site regeneration is a complex serie of processes allowing a catalyst to recover its qualities to customer's requirements. Each catalyst is regenerated according to well qualified procedures, with a state of the art process.
Catalyst sampling, Catalyst analysis, Measurement of densities and void fraction, Catalyst evaluation, Catalyst screening & mechanical treatment, Controlled carbon burn-off, Associated services. Eurecat off-site regeneration is very well integrated in customer's Catalyst management schemes. Rotating kiln is the type of kiln used by all catalyst manufacturers for the calcining step of catalyst preparation.
Specially designed and adapted roto-louvre ovens are used for both stripping, to remove excess free hydrocarbons, and regeneration.
Catalyst sampling. Sampling of the untreated material for evaluation purposes. Graded contamination during catalyst cycle. Mixture of various qualities of catalyst. Petroval's Procabat system.
Catalyst evaluation. Analyses are made : to check the regenerability of a catalyst, to determine the processing conditions of a catalyst, to control the quality of the catalyst during processing.
Catalyst screening & mechanical treatment. Inerts and lumps removal. Fines and dust removal. Density Grading.
Associated services. Transport, hazardous material legislation, supply of packaging, storage of catalyst.
Catalyst management. Ex-situ services. Services offered directly in the refineries/Petrochemical plants for catalyst loading and reactor expertise.
