Processing Condition

For each catalyst batch, the industrial treatment should be as close as possible to the lab treatment condition, in order to obtain the best possible results :

  Free hydrocarbons analyses

They are made to check whether a catalyst needs a prior oil stripping before the actual regeneration.

  Carbon Content

The carbon analysis is carried out to set the industrial regeneration conditions and estimate the total time needed to complete the regeneration. As soon as this analysis is available, it is possible to fix with the customer the return date of the catalyst and schedule the reactor reloading.
