The need to have greater control of the catalyst life cycle, and to get optimise performances from catalysts have led Refiners and Petrochemist to have specialized companies to participate to their catalyst management scheme. The Eurecat group is involvement in these schemes in 2 different areas :

	Ex-situ services
	Services offered directly in the refineries/Petrochemical plants for catalyst loading and reactor expertise

Because catalyst performance is strongly dependent on a perfect coordination between catalyst ex-situ services and the way the catalysts are unloaded and reloaded in the reactors, a further step is today offered by the Eurecat group through the Reactor Management Services (RMS).
